Magawish Villa
Magawish Villa Hotel Conversion – Hurghada, Red Sea
This project involved the complete architectural transformation of a residential villa located in Magawish, Hurghada, into a boutique hospitality facility designed for short-term rental and hotel operation.
The scope of work included architectural redesign, space reconfiguration, preparation of detailed construction drawings, and on-site supervision of the architectural modifications. The design focused on maximizing room capacity, improving circulation, and adapting the building to meet hospitality requirements while maintaining the property's character and functionality.
The project covered the development of hotel guest rooms, service areas, circulation spaces, and all required architectural modifications to support the new operational model. Execution drawings were prepared to ensure smooth implementation on site, followed by the supervision and execution of the approved architectural alterations.
The result was a successful conversion from a private residential villa into a functional hospitality property capable of serving the growing tourism market in Hurghada.
