Trinty Compound

Site Context

Strategic Location: Situated in the Al-Ahyaa district of Hurghada, Red Sea—an area renowned for its rapid urban growth and its unique blend of residential tranquility and touristic vibrancy. This location served as the perfect catalyst for a design that bridges authenticity with modernity.

2. Project Data

  • Type: Integrated Mixed-use Development (Residential & Commercial).
  • Design Density: Each residential floor features 9 meticulously designed units.
  • Scope: Comprehensive Exterior Architectural Design and Full Interior Design.
  • Massing Study: A precise architectural analysis of unit distribution and its direct impact on the visual composition and volumetric form of the facades.

3. Design Philosophy

Harmony Between Interior & Exterior: The vision is rooted in the "Inside-Out" design philosophy. Floor plans were optimized for maximum spatial efficiency, allowing this internal organization to manifest as a rhythmic play of solids and voids on the building’s exterior. This approach achieves a sophisticated balance between essential privacy and outward aesthetic appeal.

4. Architectural & Functional Solutions

  • Humanizing Interior Spaces: A "Circulation Scenario" was carefully studied for each unit to ensure seamless flow and ease of daily use.
  • Proactive Furnishing: Furniture layouts were integrated during the initial architectural phase to ensure every square meter is utilized efficiently, providing flexible and practical spaces that cater to the needs of the modern family.

5. Spirit of the Place (The Vibe)

A Dialogue of Styles (Neo-Classic vs. Modern): The project embodies architectural elegance; the facades adopt a Neo-Classic style to evoke a sense of prestige and classical luxury. In contrast, the main entrance features a bold Modern design, creating a positive "visual shock" that gives the building a commanding presence aligned with the urban evolution of the Al-Ahyaa area.
