One of the most powerful classical architectural presentation methods for large-scale projects and hotels is the architectural maquette.
Unlike digital presentations alone, the maquette creates a real physical connection between the client and the project, allowing guests and investors to fully understand the spaces, views, unit locations, and overall masterplan in a realistic and interactive way.

Despite the remarkable development of 3D media, rendering, and architectural visualization videos, physical maquettes still hold a unique psychological and sensory impact that digital tools cannot completely replace.

In 2021, Sketch Office Projects proudly participated in the execution of one of the first fully integrated architectural maquettes for a residential hospitality compound in Al Ahyaa, Hurghada, developed for Avin Hotel.
The maquette was also showcased during one of the early real estate exhibitions , where it attracted attention as a strong architectural and marketing presentation tool.
